Nino brings his vision and experience of almost 40 years in architecture and industrial design. His background is built on international experiences in Europe, Middle East, South-East Asia, South Korea, China and Japan.

Nino is an esteemed consultant of industrial groups and he is teaching design thinking and human centered design, in collaboration with Chinese private and public institutions.

We all know Xiao Fan by his English name Shaw. He graduated in architecture from Shanghai University of Fine Arts.

His wide experience includes national projects that range from product design and interior design to master planning. Shaw's unique sensitivity and design approach allow every project to meet our client’s highest expectations. Shaw is also involved in heritage preservation and renovation with a keen eye on innovation.

Justin is Wei Chen’s English name. He also graduated in architecture from Shanghai University of Fine Arts.

Justin brings his unique client focused approach to every project he manages. Justin's vision has played a decisive role in delivering high quality design to our clients. With experience in both architecture and interior design, Justin leads multiple teams in the design development stage.
